Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Hearth & Home through this online store. By placing an order you agree to them.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown when you order applies to that order.

Your order is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation email. Prices include VAT where it applies. If an item becomes unavailable after you order we will contact you and refund that item.

Delivery times are estimates. For click & collect we will email you when your order is ready; please bring your order number. Uncollected orders are cancelled and refunded after 7 days.

You can cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
